Project Manager with Opportunity to Develop into Client Success Manager

At Zeit Agency, we are looking for a project manager who can, over time, develop into a Client Success Manager. We are an informal and ambitious company in Silkeborg, helping our customers create more convenience in their daily lives – and we need a new colleague who is ready to take responsibility and grow with us.
What does the role entail?
As a project manager at Zeit Agency, you will play a central role in driving the dialogue between our customers and our creative department. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for various tasks, including initiating new projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
Initially, you will work closely with our current project manager and continuously be assigned tasks and clients. Over time, you will gain more responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a Client Success Manager, where you will keep track of customer retainer consumption, advise on the selection of optimal formats in the media plan, and opportunities in relation to our services.
How to be successful at Zeit Agency in the first 6 months:
- You will learn the basic principles of digital marketing and gain insight into the tools and processes we have developed to help customers.
- You will receive thorough training, following the current project manager and assisting in starting tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- After 6 months, we expect you to be ready to manage your own clients and take responsibility for their success.

- Enjoy communicating both verbally and in writing, and have a good overview.
- Thrive on having responsibility, and you have a desire to develop both personally and professionally.
- Have an interest in or experience with digital marketing (this is a plus, but not a requirement).
- Are a team player who is good at collaborating with both customers and colleagues, and who understands the importance of building good relationships.
